My uni place got deferred and now I have a gap year

My uni place for Law at UCL got deferred until 2015.

I don't know how to get a paid internship when it's already slightly too late, and I'd really like to stay in London but anywhere works.

I'm happy I got in to my first choice but this gap year is a bit intimidating when I have made no plans... any advice?

Look up NCS. It's volunteering but I believe you get pocket money to help you survive :wink:

Look up ICS if you want to go abroad, get a job working with PGL, volunteer at a museum, maybe the natural history one, look up CVS, do an online course and go teach English somewhere... Just make the most of the year, its the one year you can fully decide what you want to do :wink:
