Selling my accommodation!!

I am currently living in Piccadillly Point in Manchester with Unite Students but i am finding it hard to cover the £140 a week rent. I have been given a £3000 bursary from my uni however i can only use it if i am in student accommodation. Therefor i am trying to move out of private halls as this money will benefit me massively. The rooms at Piccadilly are en suite and the nicest halls I've seen , i just can't afford them. i NEED HELP SELLING MY ROOM, if anyone is interested message me back. or if anyone has any suggestions on how to sell it please message back.

I have a room at Birley fields townhouse available if you are interested in taking over my contract, it's £117 pound a week, shared bathroom with one other girl who hardly there, mixed boys n girls large downstairs with tv and it's a brand new house. Let me know if interested
