Revision methods?

Hey guys, I'm currently studying my GCSE's, I'm motivated to work hard but anything I revise just won't stick in my head.. Does anyone have some good revision methods they could share?

Thanks

write lists
brainstorm or mind map
write an essay on what you learn
learn some thing then rewrite explaining it

you can learn by those i mentioned and repeat it over and over to memorise
you can talk to someone as you read out your notes
you can role play where you adopt a character that has all the knowledge of what you are learning and have a fake intellectual conversation
draw
sing
poems

sticky notes with keywords around your house

flash cards

get someone to test you?
YouTube videos e.g. GCSE science
A variety of textbooks/revision guides e.g. CGP
Summary questions
Talking about the topic to parents and friends
Reading the books for English

Mindmaps of topics and then make flashcards with key info/questions on them

I use a range of revision guides, making mindmaps and past papers! Try those maybe they'll work for you?

I just scribble down all of the information I can remember!

Mindmaps
Listening to podcasts at night. Your mind can get pretty empty before you go to bed, and even if you fall asleep and learn just one or two things its still a bonus. Repeating podcasts of stuff you don't know helps it stick
