Multiple personal statements?

Hello, I was just wondering whether or not it would be possible to write multiple personal statements for different degrees. For example, I would like to apply to Oxford to study Oriental Studies next year, however the languages covered in this course are not studies at very many other universities. This means that I would be writing a personal statement to study Persian and Arabic when many universities only offer more common languages. Would I be allowed to write a second personal statement for a modern language degree?
