Unfortunately, without retaking, it's impossible to get an A at A2 with a D at AS unless you resit at least one AS paper.
Assuming you have the highest D grade possible (59%, technically slightly more but for the sake of ease), and you get 100% in your A2 exams, then you'll still be 2-3 UMS short of getting 80% overall (which would give you an A* anyway).
