Been VS Being

I never use the word 'being' bcoz I dont know how ti place it. But when I watch movies/series subtitles sometimes they do actually use "being" bit almost everyone I text never uses "being"

When is it necessary to use "being" ???

Been = past tense.
Being = present tense.

He's been a dick = past tense.
He's being a dick = present tense.

When you are using the verb 'to be', you use 'being'. When you are using the verb 'to have', use 'been'.

E.g. She has been sick. Not she has being sick.

She is being sick. Not She is been sick.
