Anyone with nice teeth...

I mean like gleaming white teeth.

Even straight after brushing, my teeth are darker than I would like them to be.

How do you do it...how do you do it?

I am very serious...I am very serious.

Maybe it's the tea? lol

I have started using tooth polish  Brushing teeth with baking soda also works.

There is no evidence that tea rots the teeth, only if you over do it.

Then maybe, but it's the same with coffee.

Yeah I was thinking that.

Any good noticeable improvement using tooth polish?

Get them polished at the dentist
Post pics. Your teeth aren't supposed to be 'gleaming white', they are distinctly off white. Whitening strips will help lighten by 2 or 3 shades, but that's about it.

Crest toothpaste is actually pretty good, even though it's expensive, it's one of the few that I've seen a difference in...
They just get their teeth whitened by the dentist at some point I suppose

Unless you use proper whitening methods at the dentist you'll never get them to be gleaming white. But if you want some home remedies, oil pulling makes them look slightly whiter and cleaner as it removes staining. Or baking soda + lemon juice but you should only use this once every few days for brushing periods of a minute. I've heard that strawberry juice is meant to be whitening too - like with the baking soda, make a paste and brush it on.

I find obviously artificially-whitened teeth a little unsettling anyway.

I was told by my dentist that if you consume either tea, coffee or broccoli even moderately then you're not going to have very white teeth as they stain. I suppose you just have to clean properly and that's that.
Whitening toothpaste gets rid of stains but it does not make your teeth whiter. Baaking soda helps but don't use it too often, it can damage the enamel. Btw it's not natural for teeth to be gleaming white, it you go too white they can end up looking fake lol.
teeth are always in tip top shape. I brush twice a day,use mouthwash and floss in between meals
