I have really bad teeth grinding as well and I second seeing a dentist. They made a mouth guard for me to wear at night and altho it doesn’t solve the problem it does help with the pain. No one i’ve seen has given me a solution for it besides “reduce your stress/anxiety” which is easier said than done. I was recommended to try mindfulness/meditation right before bed as apparently that can help reduce stress levels during sleep but I haven’t tried it yet so can’t say much about it. If you are interested in the mindfulness/meditation route there’s an app called insight timer which lots of people rave about so that might help?

Specialists don't totally comprehend what causes bruxism, yet it could be because of a mix of physical, mental and hereditary elements. Alert bruxism might be because of feelings like uneasiness, stress, outrage, dissatisfaction or strain. Or on the other hand it could be a survival technique or a propensity during profound focus

Get a properly fitted tooth guard - they cost £99 from the dentist - you'll do damage to your teeth otherwise. Stress definitely makes it worse.
