i have a bad teeth grinding/clenching habit and i just can't get over it. it gets the worst during exams (so, right now) and it is really painful... does anyone know how to stop
I have really bad teeth grinding as well and I second seeing a dentist. They made a mouth guard for me to wear at night and altho it doesn’t solve the problem it does help with the pain. No one i’ve seen has given me a solution for it besides “reduce your stress/anxiety” which is easier said than done. I was recommended to try mindfulness/meditation right before bed as apparently that can help reduce stress levels during sleep but I haven’t tried it yet so can’t say much about it. If you are interested in the mindfulness/meditation route there’s an app called insight timer which lots of people rave about so that might help?
