telephone interview with Virgin Media - HELP!

hi all.

I've got a interview coming up with virgin media tomorrow. I've applied for the virgin media retail sales role which which is basically selling face to face with the general public at their store.

I was wondering if you guys could help me and tell me what kind of interview questions you think they will be asking me over the phone.

As a guess I'd expect theyll ask about times you've had to sell something, or influenced someone to either buy something or make a decision. Perhaps a time when you've had to deal with rejection or how you managed to overcome it and persuade someone to change their mind.

I too have a phone interview! The best thing about a phone interview is you can have everything written out infront of you, without them knowing! So always try to anticipate questions and have a rough guide infront of you for a answer.
