Continuation from the last thread...I'm a very knowledgeable manager at Waitrose so i'll be able to answer pretty much every question you throw at me.

Love your name by the way, I've been at Waitrose for about three months now and I really enjoy it, I work at one of the massive supermarkets with an incredibly busy café. However, it's quite far from home and a hassle to get the bus, there's a Little Waitrose in town which is about two minutes walk from where I live, therefore I would quite like to work there when my contract ends.
I work on Meat & Fish, FOH and BOH Café, not supermarket trained at all.
I would like to know if there's a transfer program, or would I have to re-apply, or should I ask my manager at my branch?
Many thanks, F

You've got a few options, You could either ask your PCM to contact the other branch and see if you could just transfer there without applying.
If that isn't possible you could look at the internal vacancies on Partner Intranet and apply.
A problem is that most little Waitrose branches don't have a Meat and Fish counter or a cafe (Yours obviously might). They operate on a convenience branch style where your trained to do everything in store. E.g If its busy you will all be on a till, When it's quiet will be working stock.

My first foray into TSR was in this thread where I severely ballsed up any chance with Waitrose ever.

Has anyone got any experience with trying to decrease hours over an exam period? I heard it could be done and was thinking ahead...

I wish. They've got me doing 30 hours this week with three essay deadlines next Monday. Stressed does not begin to cover it.

Hey I'm currently working at Waitrose but I'm thinking of applying for a JL graduate scheme. Does this mean I get to skip some of the application form, or is it the same process as for non-partners?

So I put this in the other thread but it was just before that got closed...
I've already had one interview at Waitrose for a night-shift job, it was the typical "Why work for us?", "What experience will help you in the role?" kind of questions.
I got called back and was asked to come in for a 2nd interview. The first was with a department manager I believe and the second will be with the section manager I will be working under.
Anyone able to give me a heads up as to how the 2nd interview usually goes? Or just anything I might need to know heading in to a potential night shift position?
Thanks.
