question about MSc in sonography not accredited by CASE

Hi,
i wanted to join a Msc in ultrasound but they are not accredited by CASE.Even then after finishing the course, it's possible to practice?i understood that most students will take some exams after that.. i'd like to know if further examinations are required after finishing the cours that enables std's to practice.
