Did you pick your school/college based on friends' choices?

So, I'd like to know how many people chose the school or college they went to based on where their friends were going, and how important was it for you that you went to the same place as friends? Do you regret your decision?

Personally, in high school and college, although I would have liked to go to the same places as the people I knew, in a way I'm glad that didn't always happen and don't regret it. Would have made things easier but I feel my education would have been more affected that way, and hey, you can't even guarantee you'd stay friends if you do go to the same school.

No. I chose it because it was convenient (ie, I can sleep in) and because I knew that the teaching would be good.(and it is) :biggrin:

No, because I didn't really get a choice for either. My parents decided my high school for me, and I went to the college that I did because it was a ten minute walk away from my house (there wasn't much point going anywhere else) :smile:
