Honestly can't think of anyone I've met who's had one, or one noticeable enough anyhow.

But no they wouldn't....you're using this in the right terminology right, in that someone with a dimple is more sexually arousing than without? The dimple as at least in-part a specific source of arousal in itself? Just making sure, since half of TSR seem to start talking about kinks and fetishes/paraphilias and end up with replies "I like a cute guy with nice eyes and a big smile, ehehehehe"...and it really makes my head hurt.
