I'm planning on doing clearing to try to start university this year, but since it's my first time, I'd like to know what I should be expecting about the phone calls, I mean when I'll have to phone the universities what should I prepare ??

You ll need your clearing number and results to hand, keep pen and paper near you so that you can take names and details of people you speak to.
