similarities between nervous tissue and muscle tissue?

Please state references if you do know a similarity
It depends what level you're studying at (A-Level, GCSE, etc) how many of these you would need to know.
Think about some of the demands in every cell of both tissues:

Making proteins

Storing DNA

Generating energy/respiring

Holding the cell together

You should be able to think of at least 1 component that's responsible for each of these, and these will be present in both muscle and nerve cells. If you google "organelle diagram" you will get tons of things like this which tell you a lot of the things you need. Make sure to only look at animal cells though, you don't want to start talking about muscle cells having chloroplasts!

You could also talk about the shape of both tissues, if you look at diagrams or images of them you will see that they're relatively similar.

(Red blood cells don't have some of these things, but all other cells in the human body do)
