I have a got a test coming up, so I thought I would do some essay question practice.
''To what extent do you agree with the view that the hazards resulting from earthquakes and volcanic activity cannot be managed but merely adapted to''
Except i do not know the difference between managing the hazards and adapting to them.
Help?
