There was someone else in this thread who didn't get asked their ums. But they emailed LSE and then got sent the questionnaire.

Thank you  x. Do you know whether it is a compulsory part of the application to get your UMS? and what does the questionnaire actually ask?

Also, do LSE usually specialise whatsubjects you need to get the 2 A's in, or only specialise the maths?

I think everyone is supposed to get the questionnaire. It asks you about your UMS points for maths modules.
I applied for Maths and Econ and they only specified Maths A*.

Thanks, do you know the reason why the person you mentioned didn't originally get the questionnaire? i.e. did they say it was an error?
Also, congrats on your offer!! what was your average ums? and what are your other 2 subjects

No I don't know the reason.
😂 I wish I got an offer. This is only what the website specifies. I've been waiting 10 weeks and still haven't heard back.

I think I was unclear. This is what the website said. Sadly, I haven't heard back yet. 💔

I also received this email this morning, it's the 4 weeks email. It's not bad or good, it's just that thy need more time in order to make a decision. So you're still into the race, you passed the 8 weeks period! I'm French so I'm also an international applicant, what course do you apply for?
Hi, I just received this email:
"I am writing to update you on the progress of your application.

Your application is currently under initial review. We conduct this preliminary assessment holistically.

Once this stage is complete your application will either require further assessment by the Admissions Selector, or you will receive a decision on your application.

I will be in touch shortly to update you on the progress of your application."
Is this the 8-week email?

I have no UMS, I didn't do A-level. Also, I'm a post-qualifications applicant.

Then your 8 week email should come after the initial review email
