Can I apply to BSc and MSc for the same course to increase my chances of getting accepted to the program? Or is it the same quota for both? (I'm applying to undergraduate economics at UCL).

I guess you mean MSci ?

an MSc is a 1 postgraduate degree separate from your undergrad whereas MSci (and a lot of other variants starting with M) are integrated masters.

usually just apply for one at each institution, it doesn't increase your chances. if they don't fancy you for the MSci they might offer you a Bsc instead.
