For my English dissertation I want to compare how 'The Color Purple' and 'The Bluest Eyes' explore the theme of sexual abuse in young woman. One is an epistolary novel (written in the former of letters to many recipients) and the other is a standard novel. However, I am not sure what to call these e.g. 'How the different............ novel illustrate the theme of sexual abuse in young women'. Thank you so much to everyone who replies xx

Are you specifically exploring how the format impacts the presentation? If so, I would just saw something like "how different formats of novel explore the theme of sexual abuse in young women."
If not, then possibly stick to saying "how 'The Color Purple' and 'The Bluest Eyes' explore the theme of sexual abuse in young woman."
It all depends on what aspect you want to focus on which makes the presentation of the themes so different.
