Oxbridge!

In my GCSEs I recently got 2 9s(high A*), 2 A*s, 4 A's, 1 6 (high B), 1 B and a C.
Do you think I would be able to get into an Oxbridge Uni to study English, keeping in mind I got 2 9s in English lit and lang. Thanks

Potentially, yes. It's important to remember that a university application has many parts though. GCSEs are one of those parts, along with entrance exams, your AS levels, A2 predicted grades, your personal statement and contextual information (how good your school is, any extenuating circumstances, etc.). The interview is also a key part, should you get that far.

If you're interested in Oxbridge, there's a summer school Oxford run called UNIQ (http://www.uniq.ox.ac.uk/) that you can apply to attend in January for the summer of year 12. There is also the Sutton Trust who run summer schools for those in year 12 with various partner universities, including Cambridge (https://summerschools.suttontrust.com/). You must be careful to check if you're eligible or not though!
