For chemistry I used mainly my CGP revision guide, chemrevise (website) and past papers.

Some friends of mine used erintoul (YouTube channel) and something called chemsheets I think you can get from amazon and they looked really good. Also some good resources here: http://www.aqa.org.uk/subjects/science/as-and-a-level/chemistry-7404-7405/teaching-resources Such as student guides and practical handbooks (for both chem and bio)
