Math SL Rape

I getting absolutely analed by math right now. I have my Mock exams in January and I've been trying to study (going through the syllabus day by day) but I feel like I'm just going to fail. Like I've been getting the same *****y grades over the course of the year (last year 11th grade; but thats cause I wasn't paying attention that much). Now this year I've boosted myself into a strong 5 section and I feel like I understand topics we've covered this year such as derivatives and probability. But now I'm studying topics we did last year like Trig and logs, and my brain is derailing itself completely. Maybe it's the way I'm studying (which is during christmas :'(...) or it's just cause I didn't pay attention last year. Help me pls- give me some confidence for my mocks (even though they dont count...) ps. I definantley have senioritus.
