Hi I am a student who wants to apply for L100 at Cambridge. The entry requirement is A*A*A and I have A*A*AB EPQ A , how would the B affect the application?

It entirely depends on what the B is in. If it's a relevant subject it may disadvantage you, if it's not then it won't matter.
