Commonapp problems faced by homeschooled / private candidates of A-levels

Hi fellas! I am really confused regarding common-app process for home schooled students. let's read my story and help me out.

After my 8th grade, I left my school and was home schooled. technically I was not home schooled because I am first in my family to attend college so my parents were not capable of teaching me. I used to get tuition from the most reputable teachers in my city. but I was not affiliated with any institution. however in cleared 5 O-level Subjects.

Then i also cleared my 3 AS-level subjects also privately. all my O and A level subjects were cleared through Cambridge International Examination.

Now I dont understand some of the things in common app.

what school should I choose?

what councilor should I have, cuz I don't have any councilor.

Who will write my recommendations?

Other home schooled or private candidates are welcomed to post their experiences and problems and the most important solution to my problems.
