Can I get onto a Biology masters course with a degree in Computer Science?
In third year of CS, pretty sure I don't want to go into CS as a career though. Looking at careers in Biology, specifically cytogenetics. Can I get onto a relevant course with a CS degree? I know there are "bio-computing" courses, but ultimately I'd prefer to avoid programming again entirely if possible.

You will need to do some research and check. Typically it will be bioinformatics type stuff that will come up as you will struggle with something lab based without having done a relevant degree.
