revision cards mind maps - depends wat helps u
tables with for and against then evaluation of some sort are helpful
past papers mark schemes are helpful- i look at them and add my own content from the top of my head

absolutelysprout

plenty of exam practice and making sure you learn your quotes. some of the questions can be quite difficult to craft a good response to so it's vital you practice exam technique.
