Hi,

I am an EU student and have been rejected by my first- choice uni. However, I have contacted UCAS and they told me that the uni can reconsider their decision if I provide them with additional qualification. So my question is whether it is possible to do A levels in Maths and be accepted by the uni.

The only people who can tell you are those at the university concerned, hence contact them tomorrow and ask. Normally people who are rejected stay rejected for that cycle. I would expect they will want to see the actual qualification rather than a promise to sit.
