I'm doing a level 3 media diploma course. I am averaging an overall merit at the moment, and I'm worried that's merit is not going to take me far and I'm just scared that I I'm failing if I end up with an overall merit.

I have a huge fear of failure and I see a merit as one. I just want to know is a merit a failure, or how well would it be recognised for university or applying for a job?
