I don't understand how these marking points are safety issues or ethical issues. and what do they mean by risk due to sterilization technique ?

In regards too your question the safety issues are highlighted by the first four points made in the marks schemes because they are related to your safety i.e by taking these teeth you are putting yourself at risk of infection etc from the tooth (bacteria for example). point 5 on the mark scheme is related to the ethics. the reason why the sterilisation technique could include risk is because the chemicals used to sterilise could be toxic or harmful to you as the work experience investigator that will be handling the tooth.
