How do I calculate my UCAS score?

I undertook a foundation year in health and social care for 120 credits how would this translate into a UCAS score and would it give me enuf to study adult nursing?

It doesnt translate into UCAS points as thats for level 3 qualifications.
You should contact your target unis with a transcript and see whether they will consider you based on your foundation grades. Some may and others will not. You will also need to meet the rest of the criteria that UG are required to meet such as experience, interview, GCSE Maths and English plus a satisfactory amount of the course being science.
