Wigram offer problem

Hi
I was given an offer to Wigram house.
They told me to accept my offer from urbanest. However, after I applied the form, the bank transfer detail didn’t show any information so I don’t know how to transfer my rental now.
I had written an email to urbanest but they’ll reply on Mon and I have to confirm my reservation before 29/7. It’s very hurry...
Did anyone has the same experience?
What should I do now...
