Royal navy warfare spec or seaman spec?

Hi
I'm wanting a role on the deck and hands on where it won't get boring and not stuck in a room and I'm not sure as a warfare spec you are on the deck cos I've been reading that you can be above water or underwater in a room do you have the option the be above water or do you get appointed to one of them roles with in the warfare spec and stay there cos I would hate to be stuck in a room for a career. What's your opinions on these roles?
Thx

Suggest you go to your AFCO and ask these questions. We get very few Navy people on here, certainly not recruiters.

Going to the Armed Forces Careers Office would be your best bet, along with visiting the Royal Navy website.

I'd have a feeling Sea Spec would suit you better however.
Don't know if you have been to the AFCO yet! But surface fleet warfare specialists do both of these roles!

However Naval Airman Aircraft Handler sounds like a much better role for you https://www.royalnavy.mod.uk/careers/roles-and-specialisations/services/fleet-air-arm/naval-airman-aircraft-handler

Doesn't get much more on deck than that!
