Once a term.
Accommodation is usually termly although it can vary, especially if its a private LL. Check how they want paying and when..

You receive your maintenance loan in 3 instalments, at the beginning of each term.
Student accommodation payments vary. Most follow the student loans and are termly as well, others may be different.
