I'm considering applying to Glasgow and Exeter for their 2 year LLB program. My first degree is from outside the UK. I want to work at a US law firm in London such as Latham, Akin Gump, Milbank, Kirkland etc. As per the 2019 report by Chambers students, Exeter has decent representation among the US firms. However, according to Times, Guardian and the Complete University Guide, Glasgow ranks better than Exeter. Thus, I'm confused about which university to opt for. Is Glasgow not on the list because its class size of common law is pretty small or is it just not a target university by US law firms?
