Answering training contract questions

Does anyone have some useful tips/guide or even examples they can include when answering training contract questions.

I am really bad with that and it is what is preventing me from moving forward with my applications. Simmons and Simmons for example ask: Please give details of your interests and activities, positions of responsibility, skills and achievements

How can I go about answering this?

I'd echo the advice above.

If you're struggling to choose examples, the firm's literature (e.g. Graduate Brochure) lists the qualities it looks for. Ideally pick examples which show those qualities. Just don't parrot the firm's buzzwords (e.g. "adaptive collaborators") back in your response...

'Show' them that is what you are, don't 'tell' them.
