In the last question this Jan 2020, I used the word "rape" and I am sick worried that they might cancel my paper. Is that possible?

It depends. If you used it in context to explain a question/text then you will probably be OK, as long as you don't use the word in a malicious, derogatory or offensive way.

I wrote it in my essay [Question 9] but I do not think it was in an offensive manner.
