Geography Gcse fieldwork

Hi there!
I was wondering what I need to do in the Edexcel geography Gcse for fieldwork. I am studying for the exam by myself, and I don't fully understand how the fieldwork questions in the new specification work (eg: Am I allowed to take take data I have gathered into the exam in order to answer the questions about my own fieldwork in section B of paper 1)
Any help in understanding the fieldwork requirements would be greatly appreciated.
