Surrey or Leeds for MSc in Geotechnical Engineering ?

I received offers from both unis..

#Content is similar at both unis
#Leeds tuition fee is £3000 higher than that of Surrey (international)
#Leeds is Russel group

The course at leeds is a new MSc. Therefore as of now, the course is not yet accredited by institute of engineers but they will get it from probably next year. Is that an disadvantage when it comes to finding employment ?
Also I was wondering since the course at Leeds is new, Surrey would have more connections with the industry, Is that the case ?

Which course is better in terms of reputation and job prospects (in UK as well as international) ?
So I'm on the MEng at Leeds, and have done a lot of the geotechnical modules. The lecturers are amazing, especially Barry Clarke (who I think is in charge of the Geotechnics MSc) who was previously the head of the ICE, he really knows his stuff and has loads of industry connections. Just because the course is new doesn't mean the lecturers are!

Leeds is almost certainly going to get the accreditation, I would be incredibly suprised if they didn't! So I wouldn't base my decisions on that at all.
