Warwick - Sherbourne Thoughts?

I came across Sherbourne and thought it was a lovely hall, I had a few reservations though, namely:

- Whether the walk is really as long as people make it out to be.
- Hows the social life? An active social life is important to me and a few people said as it was in Lakeside it may be worse?

Thanks!
The campus isn't that big - you can get from central to sherbourne in like 10-15 mins. (this is the most out of any accommodation, probably around about tied with Westwood) Nowhere is that far from central.

Mostly depends on your flat. There's plenty of opportunity to meet other students so I don't think this should be a massive worry.

The walk is about 15 mins but is pretty nice and scenic so not much hassle.

I lived in central campus and personally found Sherbourne to be more sociable than my own accom. It really just depends on your flatmates/surrounding flats, because that will decide whether you all have parties/go out to clubs as a flat. I wouldn't worry as you will find people to socialise with in any accommodation. The only place where you are really guaranteed a constantly active social life is rootes, but this accom isn't for everyone as from what I experienced it was very full on. But if you like going out often, it is definitely a great choice!
