Nudes

I basically came out of hospital and I was still under my psychosis when this happened

I shared my nudes with random stranger who knew my name. He contacted me and asked me to share nudes and I did so without questioning. Nudes had face in them.

I was clearly not thinking right. I’m in my 30s. My psychosis took away the ability to think clearly that’s why at this age I made such a dumb mistake.

I’m scared my pics will be leaked. It’s been three months since this happened. I have intense anxiety because of this. I can’t eat properly, I can’t sleep, it’s draining me.

Please any advice will be appreciated.
Sorry you're feeling this way..

It is admittedly possible but quite unlikely that they will have been leaked and shared with the public. He probably just wanted them for his own reasons ygm. Definitely should not let it affect you this much by losing sleep etc though.

Do you still have his contact details?

Yes, I do.
Nothing you can do really, the only thing you do is forget about it. If you contact him he may use it as blackmail so its best to avoid that.
I think its a good idea to talk to your doctor about this, its clearly impacting your mental health quite severely.
They will know the best course of action and might be able to provide you with useful information. Also they should know in case something like this happens again in the future.

Also if they did leak it, it would count as revenge porn, which is illegal.

I don't think that you should contact this person - if he is malicious and he knows that you are worried, he might try to blackmail you and you can do without that. Don't get in touch with him, in fact, you could delete the details you have for him.

You aren't the first person to have made this kind of mistake and you won't be the last.

I think that your anxiety is about something much broader than this but that you have chosen to focus on this one thing.

I would ring your GP's surgery in the morning and ask for a telephone consultation to talk about your anxiety. You can tell your GP about your worries about these photos, he/she will have heard about this kind of thing before and will be able to help you put it behind you.

In summary, don't contact this guy, do contact your GP.
