Sending own nudes obsession

Im obsessed with sending my own nudes and not only my boyfriend also other people's now days sending my nudes so much of people's I just wanna ask why this happening and when it will stop and is this harmful or not

You should ask yourself what if your explicit photos somehow got released to the public. How would you cope if you knew your friends and family could see what between your legs looks like (and if you're female, your breasts too).

I'm not saying it will end up bad but a lot of people don't give it thought. Once your pics are out there it's very hard to remove all copies. Self esteem, bullying, depression are all common. I suggest if you're now worrying of the potential negatives then I'd stop the habit of sending nudes. Hope this helps
