Land Law question !! Help!
Okay so I'm struggling with a question..
Laura and Maya just sold their estate to Sam worth £1million.
Laura and Maya's nephew claims that Laura and
Maya held a part (valued at £300,000) of the Estate
on trust for her until 2023, and is now demanding that Sam(new owner) pay her that money?
my understanding is that nephew is the beneficial owner of the land but I'm not sure of the answer above.
