Help out by having your say
The government should launch a nationwide survey about violence against men and boys. The call for evidence should inform a new Tackling Violence Against Men and Boys strategy. By sharing your thoughts and experiences, you’ll be helping to improve prevention of this kind of violence, as well as support for those affected by it.

The depiction of massive and gratuitous amounts of violence against men for entertainment in movies is a big problem. It normalises violence against men.

Yes for instance there are obvious signs of institutionalised sexism prevailent against men for instance in the prison population there is a huge disparity between the number of women and men. We must be better to address this and achieve gender parity in the prison population.
Reactionaries will look at human behaviour and biology to determine that men are simply more naturally prone to criminal behaviour than women. But this is wrong- as all good unfalsifiable social sciences such as Critical Theory teach us: human biodiversity and nature don't matter when we can just accuse institutions of thought crime when they produce results that readily disprove our theory.

These calls for evidence are just time wasting tactics used by governments to make it look like they are doing something while actually doing nothing. The problems and solutions are already known by those who work in the sector and other experts. The solutions typically aren't implemented because they can't get the funding.
There is no shortage of research just a shortage of political will to solve it.

Just suck it up. Society sees us as expendable and I don’t have problem with that. Don’t rely on the government to do anything special because you will be disappointed.
