Leeds Vs Warwick for Biochemistry

I've been offered BBB for Biochemistry at Warwick and BBB for Biochemistry at Leeds, but the Leeds offer is conditional to firming them. I know that Leeds is probably my favourite based on city and people however I've heard horror stories about accreditation so I'm a bit hesitant. Also Warwick is ranked 9th for Biochemistry vs Leeds at 28th so Warwick is academically a better fit?
What should i do?
I'm in my final year of studying Biochemistry and one thing I would definitely say is to make sure you have a look at the modules that are available to you/will be compulsory in your study. For example, my course had a lot of chemistry in the first year and that was something I was looking out for when I applied, but I know that not everyone wants that. I'd just make sure that you are going to study somewhere with modules that excite you as well as reputation/academic excellence/accreditations etc.
