(GCSE question I need help with. any help will be greatly appreciated:smile: )

The equality act 2010 protects all the rights below
except rights for:

(A) Those who are disabled
(B) The homeless to have access to affordable housing
(C) Women who are pregnant
(D) People who choose and practice their religion

(only one option can be selected)

might be B.
i think disabled people are definitely protected.
pregnant women are protected too eg: from work discrimination, like if someone said, you cant work for us if you plan on having kids.
i think religion is also a protected characteristic too
what subject is this?
