Can someone give an honest option on what it’s like to do a microbiology degree/ on being a microbiologist? I’m considering it for uni although I’m not sure whether to go for it or not :smile:

I would suggest that you contact their professional organization, and ask them to refer you to several professionals that would be willing to discuss their careers with you. They should be happy to do so, and you can find out about the current salary levels, and difficulty in finding jobs, etc. Best of luck!
