The key thing is to make sure you persuade young people to take more responsibility for protecting environment.
So make sure you know you persuasive techniques as this will help.
Start to brainstorm some ideas.
What are the effects/impacts of these floods, earthquakes, hurricanes and landslides?
What could we do to prevent this?
Why should we bother?
We need to start taking responsibility for our environment. The future of our planet is left in our very own hands, and it's our actions that cause these horrific disasters to occur.
In this day and age disasters are becoming more and more frequent and they are causing more and more catastrophes leading to unstoppable chaos. Floods, earthquakes and hurricanes are 50% more common in our times because of the actions of industries and factories etc. but most importantly irresponsible individuals. It's easy to blame the result of natural disasters on climate change and global warming but it's us who contribute the most to rising levels of Co2.
The choices you make today will have everlasting actions on those who are less fortunate and they will have to suffer everyday. Is it that hard to dispose of your litter correctly? Is it that hard to learn how to recycle or switch to eco-friendly cars? These are easy, simple steps that we humans are able to make yet we choose not to. “We” meaning at least 60% of the human population, adolescents mainly.
We need to make changes now to help improve the lives of our future children and grandchildren.
Due to our reckless actions young children are being torn away from their families and communities are being wiped out. Taking responsibility for your actions doesn’t require a life-time commitment, it requires thoughtfulness and care…Surely that's not asking for too much.
A recent study out of Oxford has shown that for every non recycled bottle that goes to waste, the amount of Co2 produced to make a new one increases global warming.
Simple things like recycling bottles can help change the world, it can make
an impact.
