loosing weight at uni

hey guys I was skinny when I joined but now I'm loosing more weight. is there any thing that is easy to make, cheap? I'm not much of a cooker. or recommending foods? I'm really struggling believe it or not.
Boxed macaroni can be bought at a store and is super easy to boil water and place noodles in. Ramen takes barely any time as well. Maybe food like burritos? Any fruits and veggies.
