can plant cells differentiate into another specific cells after they have specialised?
also, is it stem cells that later differentiate into different types of cells?

Yes stem cells are undifferentiated/ non specialised cells.

I don't fully understand your first Q - perhaps rephrase it please?

I learned that stem cells differentiate into specific cell types (e.g. red blood cells) to perform different roles. In terms of plants, can they still differentiate after they have differentiated into a specific cell?
