in terms of prestige and graduate prospects, which is the better university - qmul or warwick and why?

Although Warwick as a university is definitely considered more prestigious than QMUL, The School of Law at Queen Mary University of London was ranked 29th in the world in 2021 whereas Warwick Law ranked 39th. They're both great universities but I would personally go for QMUL because of the actual department's ranking over the university ranking. Also, QMUL have a lot of links with leading law firms for vacation schemes, work experience and training contracts so be sure to keep in mind job prospects and do lots of research before making your decision. Definitely take other factors into consideration too but all the best with your applications!
